April Fitness Challenge – Push Ups
Get ready to feel the burn with this month’s fitness challenge!
The task: PUSH UPS
The method:
3 sets to FAILURE; no rest between
first set – incline push up (hands on bench)
second set – flat push up
third set – decline push up (feet up on bench)
For all our dedicated members, including those involved in FitCAMP and Arena strength & fitness classes, this is YOUR time to shine, show off your strength and muscular endurance and make your personal trainers proud!
Winner will receive a free month of HydroMassage! All participants will also receive one free hydromassage.
