Biggest Loser III

Do you have twenty pounds or more to lose and would like to give your weight loss program a jump start before the holidays?  Then join our Biggest Loser III group fitness program.  Meet once per week with one of our certified personal trainers for a thirty minute intense group exercise session.  You will also receive nutrition and additional training advice to help you with achieving your weight loss goals.

Awards will be given to the overall Biggest Loser as well as the Team that achieves that greatest percentage of weight loss.  The contest will begin the week of September 25th and conclude the week of November 17th.  Costs is $120.00 per person.  Registration information is available at the club.  Space is limited so sign-up soon.

Training time available:
Monday’s       12:00pm
Tuesday’s       11:45am
Tuesday’s         6:30pm
Wednesday’s    5:45am
Thursday’s        6:00am
