Body Blast
A fusion of strength and flow exercises for a full body workout that builds strength, flexibility, and stamina.
This class will incorporate body weight exercises, weights, bands, balls and drumsticks for a unique workout every class that will leave you feeling stronger, longer, and calmer.
Appropriate for all fitness levels.
