H.I.I.T.

HIIT, or high intensity interval training, is a total-body, heart-pumping workout. This 45-minute class will alternate between high intensity cardio bursts and periods of recovery, providing the participant with fitness benefits similar to continuous endurance workouts, but in a shorter period of time. Exercises can include cardio, strength, plyometric movement, or a combination of each. Perfect for any fitness level, this class will provide maximum results in minimal amount of time.

Mitch has been a fitness professional since 2010 and has been teaching a variety of strength, cardio, and cycle fitness classes since 2014. Mitch is dedicated to living an active lifestyle and tries to inspire others to do the same. When Mitch programs group fitness classes, he uses a wide variety of movements to keep both the class tempo and energy up throughout the class. Often times his fitness classes will include a variety of fundamental and functional exercise movements to challenge your fitness goals. Personally Mitch enjoys staying active through resistance training, group exercise, and outdoor cycling. He always tries to incorporate new challenging movements into his personal workouts and does the same to the group fitness classes he teaches.

Mitch is a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine, has a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Master’s degree in Sport Management. Mitch is also has certifications in Schwinn Cycling, and Group TRX.
