COVID-19 Policy
At Arena District Athletic Club, we are committed to caring for our members and our associates as safety and well-being is always a top priority. We continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation, remain vigilant, and follow recommended precautionary measures, protocols and guidelines from various health organizations including the World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and local authorities, in an effort to ensure our members and associates remain in a safe and healthy environment.
At this time, specific increased measures in place at the Club include reinforcing personal hygiene, stocking disinfectant products, closely monitoring our associates health, encouraging symptomatic associates to stay at home, disinfecting all surfaces at increased frequency with a greater emphasis on high touch surfaces, placing additional disinfectant wipes into our locker rooms in addition to providing disinfectant spray in our restrooms, and posting signage with CDC recommended steps to prevent illness.
We have temporarily discontinued the sale of day passes and have deactivated our participation in Class Pass. An announcement will be made when these programs are reinstated.
In the interest of all guests and colleagues, if a member or associate exhibits symptoms of COVID-19, it remains a high priority for our Club associates to ask the individual to seek medical attention immediately. In addition to notifying local public health officials, we request that you notify the Club by phone or email immediately if you have tested positive for COVID-19 and visited the Club. Our response will be consistent with CDC guidelines for environmental cleaning and disinfection recommendations as outlined in this link, and may vary by circumstance.
As the situation evolves, we will continue to follow recommended measures as provided by our local health authorities. We will make operational changes and consider additional precautionary measures, as necessary.
