Fight Gone Bad
If you would like to test the limits of your physical fitness and help raise money for a great cause, then I have an event for you. Fight Gone Bad is an intense workout that got it’s name from a boxer who when asked to describe what he thought of the workout compared it to a “Fight Gone Bad”. This routine is short, only 17 minutes but is anything but sweet. Three rounds, 5 exercises, one minute each of max reps with a minute rest between rounds. The event will be held on Saturday October 4th at 11am so you have plenty of time to train. All participants will receive a “Fight Gone Bad” t-shirt and fitReward points.
