Sitting is Killing You!

It is obvious that obesity and the health problems that result from being overweight is a serious problem in our society.  As members of ADAC you realize the importance of being active by your commitment to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  But is 30-60 minutes 3 time a week on a treadmill enough? The answer is NO!
