Take the “Burpee” Challenge”!

I have declared that October is “International Burpee Awareness” month!  All month we will be celebrating the most dreaded of exercises –   The “Burpee”.  The Burpee is one of the most complete single exercises ever devised that is hated by everyone!  It effects muscular strength, endurance and cardiovascular conditioning!

Before you take on your Burpee challenge, it’s important that you know how to properly perform the movement.  Many people mistakenly confuse a “Squat Thrust” for a “Burpee”.  Click here to see how to perform a proper Burpee: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TX60BcsO_wE

Now that you know how to perform a Burpee, here is your first challenge: ( Since it is already October 6th, obviously you have some ground to make up!)
