Take the “Burpee” Challenge”!
I have declared that October is “International Burpee Awareness” month! All month we will be celebrating the most dreaded of exercises – The “Burpee”. The Burpee is one of the most complete single exercises ever devised that is hated by everyone! It effects muscular strength, endurance and cardiovascular conditioning!
